Architeaching - Comenius Multilateral Project 2011-2013

A very interesting dissemination article has been published in the didactic magazine "Scoala Modernã" ("The Modern School"), edited by the Didactic Resources Center of Neamt Department, Romania (CCD Neamt). Author of this article is the coordinator of the Oantu school, partner in the project, Roxana Elena Irina. You can read this ARTICLE HERE.

We present you the Poster of the International Contest "Architeaching - the House and the City of the Future" which will take place to Ancona, during the last project reunion (6-11th of May 2013). Click on the icon to enlarge it!

You can now download and install on your computer the software "Architeaching - Encyclopedia - Latvia" or you can watch it directly on Architeaching.ro website. This final product was realized by the Latvian project team, coordinated by Evita Dureika, and conjointly edited by the IT team, managed by Alexandru Mîtã. >>> HERE IT IS THE ONLINE VERSION.

As you probably observed, we introduced new menus - and new correspondent menu items, preparing the final stage of our project.

On the left side, you have now Final products menu - and you can already find there its first articles, with Cyprus 3D models and Encyclopaedia works and so on.

There is also a new menu (the last one) - with the new Visual Identity elements of the Comenius Programme, which MUST be inserted in our final products).

a) the International Contest "Architeaching - the House and the City of the Future" will have 2 big sections: 

c) the models of the 1st category - handmade models (could be drawings, paintings, models made of carton/cardboard, wood or any other material of your choice) will be photographed (front, profile, back) and ONLY THE JPEG file (the picture) will be shown during the contest. DON'T BRING THE ORIGINAL HANDMADE MODELS!

d) the models of the second category - models made on computer with Sketch-up - will be presented as SKETCH-UP MODEL FILES (*SKP) or/and as *AVI FILES (these last video files could be done in Sketch-up with the add-on which has to be downloaded from the Skydrive of Architeaching - https://skydrive.live.com/

e) every participating model will be shortly presented by the pupil(s) who created it - this presentation will be filmed - 15-30 seconds maximum/model; the presentation has to be in English/French or, if it's in national language, it has to be SUBTITLED in English;

La cinquème réunion du projet vient d'avoir lieu à Roquetas de Mar, Almería, Spain, du 15 au 19 avril 2013.
Voici la photo que la mairie de Roquetas de Mar a publié sur son twitter à propos de notre visite le 15 avril pour leur faire connaître notre projet "Architeaching".

The presentation showed below describes a new touristic track round our region „Kujawy”. The track goes through old mansions, which are pearls of our local architecture. All the places also present a wonderful history of the people who lived in those buildings. Some of those mansions still remain destroyed although there a few renovated and brought back to its past state. The presentation was made by the students of MZS – Publiczne Gimnazjum nr 1 in Radziejów.

On occasion of an important meeting on  Benvenuto Stracca,  the famous jurist of 1500, born in Ancona, whose standard treaty on law has been commonly used for centuries at international levels, the students of our school, as everybody knows named after the distinguished personage, Benvenuto Straccha (written with H, according to the ancient graphic norms) have taken part in the important seminar by interpreting an unusual imaginary  "interview" to the founder of trade law. The performance of the students was successfully acclaimed by a vaste audience made of scholars and experienced professionals in the area of Right, distinguished lecturers, chartered lawyers and authorities. Of course the press was present too so the event was recorded and published by a national daily newspaper: Il Resto del Carlino. We edit the article and the photos of the event where you can see the students with the Principal of ISTVAS, Prof. Paola Guidi.

Our students (the ones involved in Arìchiteaching) are away from school at the moment. They are spending 2 weeks on working placement by professionals or public offices. We teachers appreciate very much this opportunity as we can devote ourselves  to other school activities which are different from teaching.  

Lundi dernier, le 21 janvier le journal "La Voz de Almería" a publié un article sur notre projet Comenius, Architeaching. On a commenté notre dernière reunion en Pologne et notre prochaine reunion au mois d'avril en Espagne, à Roquetas de Mar.
